A Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) Secondary V transcript must be issued by the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur (MEES).
Applicants must also submit an official transcript directly from their CEGEP college, showing a minimum of one year of studies (12 courses) towards the Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) general. Post-secondary transfer credit may be awarded if the DEC has been completed within 10 years of admission.
