Step 9. Buy Textbooks

Every student is responsible for purchasing their own textbooks at the beginning of each semester. After you have registered for your courses you can find out what textbooks you need by logging in to Online Self-Service. It is a good idea to buy textbooks before the first week of class to avoid having to stand in long lines.

There are campus bookstores located on each campus: Surrey, Richmond, Langley and Cloverdale. You will need a printed copy of your booklist when buying in person. Please note that each bookstore only stocks books and materials specific to the courses offered at that campus, although you may be able to request an intercampus transfer. Also, be aware that different sections of the same course may have different textbook requirements.
