These general instructions are for students in open registration, fixed term, semester term and continuous intake programs and courses. Please read the Admission and Registration section to fully understand all aspects of becoming a student at Kwantlen.
- Step 01 Application

The first step in beginning your post-secondary education is to submit an application to the program of your choice, in other words applying.
- Step 02 Assessment

Review program information requirements, attend information sessions, meet with an educational advisor, complete any pre-admission testing, and submit transcripts. You may be placed on a wait list or called for additional interviews to determine if you meet acceptance criteria for some programs.
- Step 03 Acceptance

Wait for confirmation of acceptance from Kwantlen. Once you have been admitted, you will receive further instructions on how to choose and register for your courses.
- Step 04 Pre-Registration

Determine course requirements and course load. Pay registration deposit and wait for registration date to be assigned by Kwantlen.
- Step 05 Register Online

Log onto the online self-service registration system and follow the instructions.
- Step 06 Pay Tuition

Pay all fees by the designated deadline. Your account summary will include all program and student fee costs applicable to your enrolment.
