Who You Are Matters

A fun and interactive three-session series to assist students with career clarification. Take a closer look at factors related to career decision making, explore personality through Myers Briggs Type Inventory, and learn about career concepts and options through activities and homework. This series is free to KPU Students; Non-student fee is $50.00.

Career Explorations Seminars

A two-session series to help you learn more about your interests, personality style, and values as they relate to career choices. You'll complete well-known assessments and learn about occupational research which will guide you in the career decision making process. Please call 604.599.2600 to register for Richmond Seminars.

Make an Appointment

Individual advising appointments are available in the following areas:

Counselling

If you need assistance figuring out what type of career is best suited for you, you can schedule an appointment with a counsellor to discuss potential career paths.

Academic Advising

If you have an educational goal in mind and need assistance planning your course of study, you can meet with an academic advisor, who can also provide you educational and occupational information.  To make an appointment, you can visit Advisor Connect. If you are not a student yet, you can email study@kpu.ca with your request.

Job Search Advising (AKA Career Advising)

If you already know what type of career you would like to pursue, and would like additional help to prepare your hiring documents, practice for an interview, or search for a job, you can make an appointment online via Career Connection with Career Services Coordinator, Nicole Poole. If you're not sure what career option is best suited for you, visit Career Counselling.

International Education Advising
