Student Gowns
The deadline has now passed. If you haven't reserved your regalia, you will still be able to attend and participate in convocation, but you will be charged a late fee of $33.00 plus a service fee, payable directly to the gown provider on the day of your convocation ceremony.
Guest Tickets
Two (2) guest tickets are made available for each graduate to be reserved.
You will be sent an email with a link for you to reserve two guest tickets. Please do not contact the Graduation Unit or Student Enrolment Services to see if more than two tickets may be reserved.
Each graduate is eligible for two (2) tickets for their convocation ceremony if reserved by February 9, 2024. Graduates that do not reserve their guest tickets by this date are not guaranteed that tickets will be available for your guests in round two. These tickets will be put into the pool of tickets for extra ticket requests.
Extra Guest Tickets
If you would like to have more than 2 guest tickets you will be able to request up to 4 additional tickets and you will be contacted to let you know if you will be getting additional tickets.
Only guests with a ticket will be granted admittance to the auditorium.
