Water Distribution I, II, III, IV $ 859 +gst

Course Description

The course provides basic to advanced knowledge of water distribution practices. You will become familiar with the practical aspects of water system planning, construction, operation and maintenance. The course includes water disinfection, safety, backflow control systems and record management. This course is designed to assist candidates wishing to write the Environmental Operators Certification Program (EOCP) Level I – IV exam.

Water Treatment I, II, III, IV $ 859 +gst

Course Description

The course provides basic to advanced knowledge of water treatment practices. You will become familiar with the processes of surface water treatment, reservoir management, coagulation and flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, taste and odour control, corrosions control. The course includes a mathematics review. This course is designed to assist candidates wishing to write the Environmental Operators Certification Program (EOCP) Level I – IV exam.

Wastewater Collection I, II, III, IV $ 859 +gst

Course Description

The course provides basic to advanced knowledge of water collection practices. You will examine the processes of wastewater collection as well as the need for collection system operation and maintenance. You will study safety procedures required for construction, inspection and testing of sewers, the inspection of manholes and underground construction and repair. This course is designed to assist candidates wishing to write the Environmental Operators Certification Program (EOCP) Level I – IV exam.

Course Description

The course provides basic to advanced knowledge of water treatment practices. You will examine the uses of racks, screens and sedimentation tanks. You will discuss the processes of sedimentation, floatation, trickling filters, rotating biological contactors, activated sludge, oxidation ditches and ponds and disinfection. This course is designed to assist candidates wishing to write the Environmental Operators Certification Program (EOCP) Level I – IV exam.
