Beyond the ability to handle stress, Emotional Wellness embodies an optimistic approach to life, including an awareness and acceptance of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, whether positive or negative.

Emotional wellness inspires self-care, relaxation, stress reduction and the development of inner strength. It includes the ability to learn and grow from experiences and encourages autonomy and improving decision-making skills. Emotional wellness also includes recognizing what influences our emotions, discovering how our emotions affect the way we think or act, and learning to accept ALL our emotions—even the difficult ones.
