B.Sc., M.Sc. ISH Research Greenhouse Coordinator

Andres Torres is the Research Greenhouse Coordinator of ISH.  He earned a Master Degree in Horticulture and Crop Science in Miyazaki University, Japan in 2002. He possessed a background in Horticulture, Floriculture, Crop Science and Plant Nutrition. He has worked extensively as horticulture specialist in the cut flower industry since 1994. Andres possess more than 12 years of experience in protected cultivation and joined the team in 2010. As a Horticulturist he is being member of the International Horticulture Society since 2000. He supports and coordinates the greenhouse experiments, trials in the industry. He also collaborates closely with other members of the Institute for Sustainable Horticulture to promote and create sustainability.
