Wed, Mar 4, 2015

Surrey, B.C.  This spring, Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) students will have the chance to “rebrand” Newton.

The Newton Business Improvement Association has launched a contest in search of a logo that captures the Surrey town centre’s multiculturalism, diversity, vibrancy and sense of community.

The winner will take home $1,000 and bragging rights as Newton’s official logo designer. Deadline for submission is May 31, 2015.

As students at Newton’s only university, all KPU students are encouraged to participate.

Detailed rules, regulations and submission guidelines are available on the Newton BIA’s website.
