Starheim finished his fifth year with the Eagles with a 2014 PACWEST first-team all-star nod, which is the second time he has received this honour. At the 2014 PACWEST Provincials hosted by Quest University Canada this past weekend it was his determination, grit, and dedication to the team that helped maintain the fight during both matches. Kent stated, “On behalf of the Eagles I want to thank and congratulate Jake on a great university soccer career and leadership with the program, as well as all of his hard work that helped the program get to the post-season. We wish you all the best.”
