KPU uses Astra Schedule as our room scheduling software for all classroom bookings, conference centre bookings and public space bookings. All KPU employees have access to login to this software to view all the scheduled activities in rooms at all KPU campuses.
The KPU room scheduling software can be accessed using Internet Explorer or Firefox at rooms.kpu.ca or by visiting kpu.ca/facilities/booking
