Courses Offered:

KPU's Physics Department also offers a comprehensive package of preparatory, first, and second year university physics courses that transfer to BC's universities, university colleges, and colleges, and to many universities across Canada and the United States. Physics is also going to be a main component in other exciting B.Sc. degrees being developed here at KPU. If you are a non-science student, Introduction to Astronomy (ASTR 1100) is a fun and eye-opening elective course that will also earn you science and Q credits toward your degree. There are also several Engineering options at KPU. We provide physics, astronomy and engineering courses at both the Surrey and Richmond campuses. We also offer an Environmental Physics course (ENVI 2307) at the Langley campus.

In addition to our regularly-offered courses, many new courses are offered as part of our Physics for Modern Technology degree.

Below you will find all our courses listed according to whether they are currently offered. (We also provide a list of courses that are in the KPU Calendar but which are offered only very rarely, depending on student interest.)
