Thank you for your enthusiasm. When we fill all the Senior and Junior team spots, applications for further Senior and Junior teams are waitlisted in case a team drops out. The new spot is filled on a first come, first served basis. If we do have a drop-out, the first waitlisted team will be contacted to see if they are still interested in attending before we move on to the second waitlisted team and so on.

Please note: This form should be completed by the school teacher who is the team coach.

You will receive a confirmation email reply to the form and your school's name will show on the list of registered teams shortly thereafter. If that does not happen within three days, you should contact us.

Photo Waiver Required.

Please distribute the photo waiver form to team members for their parents to sign. Bring the completed forms to the registration desk on the day of the Challenge and email them all as one PDF file to kianoosh.tahani@kpu.ca. Team members without signed waivers will not be allowed to compete.

Prior to the event, please send us an email indicating the school, the coach's name, and the name and email address of each student team member including alternates, if any.
