Program Development Information

The process and procedures for the establishment, revision, suspension or discontinuance of programs at KPU is outlined in Policy AC10 and its associated procedures.

An overview of the process and procedures is set out in the Appendix A flowcharts.

Submitting to Senate

All submissions are made through the Senate Standing Committee on Curriculum (SSCC) and its Subcommittee on Course Curriculum (SCC).  
For submissions to SSCC, complete the Senate and Senate Standing Committee cover template
For course outline submissions to SCC, complete the SCC submission template.

Approval deadlines for curricular changes to the University Calendar are set by the Office of the Registrar.
