Event Request Deadline

Campus space is in high demand and often booked well in advance. We recommend submitting your space application at least 4 weeks in advance of the date of your event and cannot guarantee availability. Please note that requests are subject to blackout dates for major University events such as Convocation and Orientation.

Applications sent in with only a few days' notice may not be considered. The sooner you can send in your request, the better we can help!
