Download TALK's Fall 2016 Application and Registration Form by clicking here. (Recall that you will need to have the free Adobe Acrobat reader on your computer to open the form if you save and then want to open it.) Open, print, complete, and sign the form. Then, mail it to:

Cancellation

Item 5, Policies & Procedures:

"Members are entitled to a refund of course fees if withdrawal occurs three working days prior to the start of the course, or on or before the closing date for registration should there be one. In accordance with Kwantlen policies, a non-refundable administration fee will be deducted from any valid refund."
