How do I log into Moodle?

Go to https://courses.kpu.ca and log in with your Student ID and PIN

How do I change my password?

Log into Online Self Service and click the Personal Information menu

Why don’t I see a link to a Moodle course for a section I’m enrolled in?

Not all instructors choose to use Moodle. Check with your instructor that there is a Moodle space for the section and that your instructor has made it available.

Where can I learn more about Moodle?

I’m having technical problems. Who can help me?

Talk to your instructor first. If that doesn't resolve your issue, please report all technical problems to the IT Service Desk. Please provide as many details relating to your issue as possible (i.e. your course number, section, screenshots, etc.) There are several options:

  • By Phone 604-599-2116
  • Online via the self-service portal: https://itservicedesk.kpu.ca
  • By email: sm@kpu.ca
  • On the Surrey campus, you can stop by the IT Desk on the 1st floor of the library across from the reference desk
