The treatment of eating disorders provides the student with an understanding of the treatment of complication of eating disorders, as well as the treatment of the eating disorders themselves. In addition, the necessity of treatment of co-occuring disorders, the order of treatment, and the effect of treating each disorder is discussed. Medical, psychological, family, pharmacological, nutritional, exercise, neurofeedback and alternative treatments are discussed.
