Application for Student Event

By providing the following information, an application will be submitted to Student Services for review of compliance with KPU policies. Once your event has been reviewed, you will be contacted at the email address you provide advising whether the event has been approved and to confirm your on-campus space booking.
We recommend submitting your space application at least 4 weeks in advance of the date of your event and cannot guarantee availability. Please note that requests are subject to blackout dates for major University events such as Convocation and Orientation.
