Description:

Introducing...CHATTERBOX!

Come join the Peer Support Team at KPU for the official launch of Chatterbox on Wednesday, Jan. 31st! Composed of weekly socials and a workshop at the end of each month, Chatterbox will be a place to meet new people, connect with your peers, learn more about mental health, participate in activities, win prizes, and enjoy free snacks and drinks.

WORKSHOP 1 - What is Mental Health?

The theme for our first Chatterbox workshop will be 'What is Mental Health?'. In the first half, we will discuss mental health basics, facts and stats around mental health, and have interactive group discussions. In the second half, we will be hosting an Art Attack activity where all participants will have the opportunity to grab a canvas, some paints, and create a mini masterpiece to take home and display.

Drop by for this FREE event on Wednesday, Jan. 31st!
