Your password (also called Personal Identification Number or PIN) is managed in Online Self Service.
The website is available in OneLogin. Go to one.kpu.ca to log in.
After you are logged in, go into Online Self Service, then the Personal Information Menu, and click "Change PIN".
You must also setup your 3 security questions in "Change Security Question". Having security questions will help you to use the "Forgot Password" feature and assist Student Enrollment Service or IT should you call for login assistance.
If you have added a personal email address entered into your Personal Information, you can send a password reset message to this account using the "Forgot Password" feature.
For security, passwords expire after 180 days (about 6 months) and an old password cannot be reused for 999 days (about 3 years).
If your password has expired, you will be prompted to change it.
Just keep typing until you get a strong password.
You will be prompted when you have a password that meets all our security rules.
After you're logged in, you will have menus appropriate to your role at KPU.
Your password is now synchronized to all your accounts so that you have the same password everywhere.
