Faculty of Arts Speaker Series: Co-Writing With Coyote
Online

Description:

The final speaker in our fall Arts Research and Scholarship Speaker Series is on December 2nd. The talk will feature Indigenous Studies faculty member Jennifer Anaquod, whose talk is entitled ‘Co-writing with Coyote’.

"Coyote is a trickster in many Indigenous cultures. For me, he has become my confidant, relative, friend, mentor and co-writer through my academic and research journey. Coyote has guided me through many difficult conversations in my writing and I am always honoured that he takes the time to share his knowledge with me. Join me in a discussion about making space for Indigenous ways of knowing, learning, voices and writing in academia." - Jennifer Anaquod

Speaker Series events are all-access: students, staff, faculty, as well as members from the larger external community, are welcome to attend.

Please email artsevents@kpu.ca to RSVP to the virtual event. A Microsoft Teams link to the event will be sent to registrants two days prior to the event date.
