A strength and core-focused suspension training circuit class designed to give you a full-body, low-impact workout. With a maximum of eight people per class, the trainer is able to provide personal instruction to ensure proper form and a terrific workout.

KPU Student Rates

Personal Training $45 per session
Doubles Training $25 per session per person
Small Group Training - 3 Participants $15 per session per person
Small Group Training - 4 Participants $12 per session per person

KPU Faculty & Staff Rates

Personal Training $60 per session
Doubles Training $30 per session per person
Small Group Training - 3 Participants $20 per session per person
Small Group Training - 4 Participants $15 per session per person
