COVID-19 Update: Sport & Recreation will resume some on campus activities at KPU Surrey beginning September 13th. Planning for the reopening of our Fitness Centres at KPU Langley and KPU Tech is still underway and we will update the KPU community as soon as we're able. For more information check our hours of operation for the latest updates.

Please note that proof of vaccination will be required for entry and to participate in all in-person Sport & Recreation activities. Masks will be required in common areas and when not participating in activities.

Physical Wellness

Paying attention to and nurturing your body with mindful movement and nourishment is paramount to Physical Wellness.

Daily movement, eating nutritiously, and getting adequate sleep will contribute to your success as a student. Most importantly, physical wellness is about discovering what healthy habits make you feel better and suit your lifestyle, level of mobility and current state of health. Physical wellness is a continuous process - we keep reaching for it and improving throughout our lives. Take care of your body for optimal health and functioning.
