2020 KPU Farm School Programs cancelled due to COVID-19... But early registration for our 2021 program is open now!
In light of the recent University and government policies regarding COVID-19, we have made the collective decision to cancel all Farm School programming for the 2020 season. This decision was not taken lightly. Though difficult and disappointing, we feel it is the right decision to ensure the health and safety of our community at this time.
While we focus our efforts on growing food for our community and improving our farm operations this season, we wanted to open up early registration for our 2021 program!
Since this is so early, think of it as a more official waitlist. You don’t have to make any sort of payments to register and we will contact you in November to confirm your application and kick off the interview process.
There are no prerequisites for registering in the Tsawwassen First Nation Farm School program - we simply ask that you have the desire, passion and commitment to learn and attend the program. Maximum enrollment is 15 students per cohort, so get your name in there early to guarantee your spot (those of you that signed up for the 2020 season will get priority if you still want to take the program next year).
As always, We highly encourage you to contact the Farm School Manager before applying so that we can answer any questions you may have and make sure that this program is the right fit for you.
- Webform submission: TFNFS Registration Form
- You will be notified once your submission is received
- Interview process begins in November
- Acceptance of students will be on a rolling basis
- Tuition payments due after acceptance, exact due dates to be communicated later this year.
