Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires all study permit applications to have the Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) provided. The Attestation Letter process requires no extra effort from students. Successful applications to KPU will receive the PAL with their Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Additionally, recent IRCC changes do not impact Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) eligibility for International Students studying at KPU. International students who have studied at KPU for 2+ years and graduated with a KPU credential are eligible to apply for PGWP upon graduation.
