Academic Affairs

Academic Affairs includes the Office of the Provost & Vice President – Academic and Associate Vice President – Academic, the eight distinct Faculties at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, the University Libraries, the Division of Strategic Enrollment  Management, the Division of Student Life and Community,  and the Office of Research & Scholarship. The eight Faculties are led by Deans, and are as follows:  Academic and Career Advancement, Business, Community and Health Studies, Design,  Horticulture & Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Trades & Technology. All aspects of academic life, teaching, research, scholarship, and service are within Academic Affairs. Along with all areas of student life, including, recruitment, admissions, academic records, graduation, registration, calendar, financial aid & scholarships, testing,  international education, student government, student activities, athletics, recreation services, advising, counseling, career services, co-operative education, disability services, First Nations programs, and student leadership.
