Career Services proudly supports KPU students and graduates in finding meaningful employment, expanding and improving their tools needed to land the perfect job. Our objective is to help students transition from the “learning experience” to a “working experience”. - Monthly resume, cover letter, and interview workshops
- Individual job search assistance, upon request
- An online job board (Career Connection) for students and employers
- Social networking via Facebook and Twitter to connect students with employers
- Information on international internships and other types of work opportunities
- Information on external career training scholarships
- Interview practice and feedback through Career Connection’s Mock Interview module
- Individual coaching, upon request, to prepare students for the competitive nature of the job market
- On-campus employer recruitment events, such as Career Day
- Room rental for employers to conduct interviews or give information sessions on campus
- Access to employment-related publications to assist students in their job search
