Vocal studies are designed to prepare singers for professional careers in solo, chamber and choral performance. Our goal is that each singer leave our program with a solid foundation and an understanding of a healthy vocal technique combined with the freedom of musical and dramatic expression.
Students receive extensive training through studies in vocal diction, song repertoire, private voice lessons and solo recital preparation and performance. Additional performance opportunities are available in the Kwantlen Chamber Singers, Opera Workshop Ensemble, and the Kwantlen University Chorus.
