KPU Civic Plaza
Located at 13485 Central Avenue, our brand new campus is conveniently located directly on the SkyTrain's Expo Line adjacent to Surrey Central Station and the bus loop.
Situated on the Surrey Centre Plaza, this campus is within walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping, neighbouring both Surrey City Hall and the iconic Surrey Centre Library.
The campus itself is accessed via an elevator from the Surrey City Hall parkade, or from an elevator in the ground-floor lobby of the newly opened Civic Hotel, currently Surrey’s tallest building.

ID Cards
Students and employees will be granted access to Civic Plaza using their KPU ID card. KPU Cards can be requested at kpu.ca/kpucard. Use the form to have your KPU Card sent to Civic Plaza. Civic Plaza does not print KPU Cards nor take photos for the cards.
Students (who have their classes scheduled at the Civic campus) and employees will be required to scan their KPU ID Card in the elevator to access Levels 5, 7 and 8. Access control setting for KPU ID Cards will be dependent on the need of the individual.
Bookstore
Existing online bookstore services will be offered at KPU Civic Plaza, which means that students can order their course material through the Bookstore website to the campus of their choice, including Civic Plaza, at no additional cost, or to their home for a minimal cost.
