Depending on the workload distribution, you may also be conducting trial work on field crops such as canola, corn, soybean, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, tomato, cucumber, pepper, wheat, and barley to name a few. The Research Technician will be responsible for assisting the Research Agronomist with setting up research trials on various crops to conduct product evaluation experiments. They will be responsible for planting and maintaining the crops, applying treatments, collecting data, irrigation, tractor operation and communicating with management.
