KPU Eagles Breast Cancer Awareness Night

Join the KPU Eagles women's basketball team as they host their second annual fundraiser on Friday, January 30, 2015 in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation's (CBCF) BC and Yukon chapter. The silent auction and t-shirt sale will take place during their regular season PACWEST CCAA home game against the VIU Mariners and continue on into the men's game. All silent auction, t-shirt, and gate proceeds will directly benefit the CBCF.  We kindly ask that all donations are cash-only.

Silent Auction & T-Shirt Sale 5:30pm-halftime of the men's game

  • Fans will have the opportunity to view and bid on items until halftime of the men's game
  • Successful bids will be announced at the start of the men's third quarter
  • T-Shirts are $10.00 and will sell until we are sold out

Women's basketball game will tip-off at 6:00pm and the men's game at 8:00pm.

The KPU Eagles Department of Athletics & Recreation enters its 14th season of interuniversity competition. The Eagles are members of the PACWEST conference and play in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) with 100 student-athletes participating on eight varsity teams in men’s and women’s basketball, soccer, badminton and golf. KPU athletics plays its home games at the Eagles’ Nest (Surrey Campus), Northview Golf & Country Club, Newton Athletic Park, all located in Surrey, BC and the Ace Badminton Centre in Richmond, BC.  The Eagles are active in the conference with staff members on various advisory committees and competing to host both provincial and national championships. The student-athletes are mainly from the lower mainland but KPU’s rosters have included student-athletes from North America, South America, Asia and Europe.
