Kwantlen Eagles name new head coach for men’s soccer

 Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Department of Athletics and Recreation welcomes Ajit Braich as the new head coach of the Kwantlen Eagles men’s soccer program. 

“We are excited that Ajit Braich has joined the Eagles coaching team,” commented Elise Le Brun, director of athletics and recreation. “He has a great knowledge of local athletes and brings with him the passion and experience to develop an elite soccer program that prides itself on athletic and academic achievements.” 

Braich brings over 25 years of professional coaching experience to the Eagles program. He is the head coach of North Delta Youth Soccer and the U-14 and U-15 Coastal WFC soccer teams in the United Soccer Leagues (USL) Super Y League in B.C. He also coached the Punjab Hurricanes who, under his guidance, won the 2009-2010 Division I championship and advanced to the Vancouver Men’s Soccer League (VMSL) Premier Division. He is a B.C. Soccer Coaching instructor, and holds a Canada Soccer Association National ‘A’ License.
