KPU Kitchen: Food Skills, Meal Planning & Budgeting (Tech March 12 2024)
Join us for an exciting in-person food skills workshop at KPU Tech on March 12, 2024. Hosted by Student Health Promotion, attendees will learn valuable food skills and gain knowledge in meal planning and budgeting. This event is perfect for any KPU student looking to improve their culinary abilities and make the most of their meals.
During the event, you'll learn practical tips and tricks from a Registered Dietitian. You will share a warm meal with fellow KPU students and even go home with your own slow cooker and all of the ingredients you'll need to recreate the recipe we share on your own. These workshops are free for KPU students but pre-registration is required to attend. Registration opens on Friday, March 1st, 2024, and the workshop is limited to 12 students.
