KPU Student Health Promotion has planned a number of activities throughout the day so you can focus on how to improve and support your overall mental health & wellbeing! Check out the full schedule below:
When? Wednesday January 31st 2024
Where? KPU Surrey - Cedar Conference Center
Side C:
- 10AM-12PM: A low sensory space for those with various abilities to engage their senses in a safe and relaxing environment.
- 12-2PM: Therapy Dogs! Come visit some pups from the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program for a snuggle!
- 2-4PM: E-sport games offered by KPU Sport & Recreation. More details to come!
Side A/B:
12-2PM - Information Booths with KPU and KSA Representatives! Chat with someone about how their services can help you! There will also be free pizza!
The KPU Sport & Recreation team will be hosting two free fitness classes at KPU Surrey:
- 12:05-12:55PM: Free Yoga in the Gymnasium
- 2:05-2:55PM: Free Cardio Kickboxing in the Gymnasium
