Writing is an essential university skill, yet many students struggle to start and finish these assignments. Writing can be fun, meaningful, and help you share your story. This inspiring workshop will help you cultivate essential and innovative skills for both academic and creative writing.

Visit KPU Peer Wellness at the KPU Surrey Peer Resource Space to ask questions about how we can support your overall health & wellbeing at KPU. KPU students can also pick up shelf-stable food from the Grab & Go Pantry! No questions asked, take what you need. Questions can be directed to: studenthealth@kpu.ca

Join the KPU Multi-Faith Centre Chaplains for a drop-in activity to explore the beliefs and values that are most important to you. Through reflection prompts, you can gain insight into what helps you navigate challenges, make decisions, and live with intention. No right answers, just an opportunity for personal reflection.
