  • Improve your English for yourself, your career, or prepare for university with our English Language Studies (ELS) program.
  • The ELS program teaches you to read, write, listen, and speak in English. The ELS program is meant for people who are learning English as a new language.
  • The tuition for ELS courses is free. You will still need to pay for required fees and textbooks. You may qualify for a grant to help cover these costs.

Tuition for ELS classes is free for:

  • Canadian citizens
  • Permanent residents
  • Convention refugees
  • Diplomats
