The IT Department typically performs required server maintenance on weekends from 6:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight. 

Maintenance operations may take place at other times based on the need.

Every effort is made to ensure that maintenance operations are as short as possible and have the minimum impact.

During the maintenance work, services on the KPU Service Portal will not be available.
