The IT Department typically performs required server maintenance on weekends from 6:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight. 

Maintenance operations may take place at other times based on the need.

Every effort is made to ensure that maintenance operations are as short as possible and have the minimum impact.

Dates and Times

   Services Affected

Sat., May 30 from 6:00 PM to 12 Midnight

VPN Maintenance

Users are recommended not to use VPN during this period.

  • VPN will be intermittently unavailable for brief periods.
  • Services that require VPN will be intermittently unavailable.
Sat., May 30 from 6:00 PM to 12 Midnight

Server Maintenance

During the maintenance period, the following services will be unavailable:

  • Titanium, Clockwork, APLink
  • Self Service Password Reset
  • KnowledgeWare
  • Directory Search
  • EPBC
  • Optitex
Sat., June 6 from 10:00 PM to Sun., June 7 at 8:00 AM

Banner Maintenance

The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

  • Admin Pages (Banner 9)
  • Banner 9 apps (Student Registration Self-Service, Student Profile, Employee Dashboard)
  • FAST (Finance, HR, WebReq, PCARD, Budget, etc.)
  • Integration with Banner (Elevate, EPBC, Degree Works, AdAstra)
  • Other Services (Adobe Creative Cloud Consent, Submit SIN, View Personalized Booklist, KPU Card Request)

Banner Maintenance

The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

  • Banner Admin Pages (Banner 9)
  • Banner 9 apps (Self-Service, Employee Dashboard, etc.)
  • Third party applications Integration to and from Banner (EPBC ,Eletter, Epayment, BEP, BDMS, etc.)
  • Other Online Self-Services (Adobe CC Consent, Submit SIN, View Personalized Booklist, KPU Card Request)
