Join TLC Mood Walks to harness the healing energy of your natural environment, participate in physical activity and engage in your local campus community. Let's promote our mental and physical health together! Join us on a Mood Walk every week from 1-2 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the month of October!  Walk with one of our staff or tutors and win a prize.
