Media Invitation: Kwantlen Polytechnic University Horticulture students get their hands dirty in third annual extreme yard makeover

Kwantlen Polytechnic University horticulture students and faculty have partnered with Cornerstone Home Team to help a deserving family with much needed home renovations and repair.

Inspired by the television show Extreme Home Makeovers, Kwantlen horticulture students and faculty will be giving the Yule family home a yard extreme makeover over a two day period.

Join Kwantlen student volunteers as they complete sodding, install three garden beds and plant trees. A surprise unveiling will be done for the family at the end of the day.

The yard makeover project will take place:
Date: Sunday, October 4
Time: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Location: 1268 Oxbow Way, Port Coquitlam
