Do you enjoy puzzles and problems? Solve the Mathematics ‘Problem of the Week’ and you could win a prize! Every week during the fall and spring semesters a Problem of the Week will be posted here by KPU’s Mathematics Department (or you can have it emailed to you). Most problems just require a general mathematics background combined with critical thinking, so everybody has a chance to participate and even to win.
Problems will be posted on Mondays and will be due by midnight the following Monday. However, the quality of your solution is more important than being the first to submit an answer. All correct answers are eligible to win, so long as they are submitted before the deadline.
