Established in 1981 to serve the needs of the South Fraser region of British Columbia, KPU has grown to five campuses and offers more than 140 programs to approximately 20,000 students. KPU owns over one hundred acres of property south of the Fraser River, including more than 100,000,000 ft2 of classroom, research and administrative facilities. Campus and Community Planning manages KPU’s real estate assets including leasing and licensing KPU’s facilities and private partnerships.
