January 10th 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Cloverdale Campus (Room 1853)
January 11th 12:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Surrey Campus (Conference Centre)
January 14th 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Richmond Campus (Melville Centre for Dialogue)
February 2013 – PTF reviews material generated in the town halls and strategies are finalized
March 2013 – The strategic plan’s robustness is tested using the Kwantlen scenarios created in the spring of 2012; Necessary adjustments are made to the strategic plan
April and May 2013 – Senate and Board, including their relevant committees, receive the strategic plan for consultation
June 2013 – the Final strategic plan goes to the Board of Governors
July – Principles of accountability are established; and implementation plan for the strategic plan is developed; units begin developing operational plans that align with the strategic plan.
