The Qi Gong practice group involves introductory sessions that are gentle, easy and invigorating. The exercises are simple, but surprisingly powerful. Qi Gong is the practice of balancing breath, movement, and awareness for the purposes of exercise, healing, and meditation. The practice has its roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy. Please wear loose fitting clothing that is comfortable to move in.
