Resources Planning Task Force: Role and Objectives
The RPTF has the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that the voice of stakeholders is heard and reflected in the Resources Plan
- Assure itself that the Resources Plan is robust
- Recommend a set of measures to check the effectiveness of the Resources Plan
- Make recommendations to the President about the content of the Resources Plan
Objectives of the RPTF:
- Enable the realization of VISION 2018
- Support learner growth 2013 – 18 while enhancing quality, reputation and relevance in a period of uncertain government grants and increasing costs
- Foster innovation in response to changing environments
- Build a foundation for the long-term success of the university through identifying processes that ensure that resources are deployed as efficiently and effectively as possible
