Participating in the SRIG program has been an incredibly valuable experience. The support provided allowed me to explore innovative approaches to cybersecurity by integrating artificial intelligence with Shodan data for IoT vulnerability detection. Through this initiative, I gained not only the resources to develop a practical and impactful framework but also the encouragement to collaborate with colleagues and students in meaningful ways. The program offered the flexibility to pursue a research direction that directly connects academic work with real-world security challenges. Overall, SRIG has strengthened my ability to contribute to both research and teaching, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity.
