Job Description:
Our Automation Solutions division is currently seeking a junior AutoCAD drafter for our Richmond, BC office to perform detailed drafting for industrial design drawing packages while ensuring that project deliverables are of high quality and conform to project standards.
Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- Develop drawings using AutoCAD from rough or detailed sketches or specifications such as equipment and room layouts, cable block diagrams, single lines, schematics/wiring diagrams, and field mark-ups
- Coordinate drafting requirements with project managers
- Check project deliverables for consistency and conformity
- Generate transmittals and maintain drawing databases and archives
- Maintain knowledge of internal and customer standards

Experience and Skills:
