Through this program of study students will gain knowledge that will strengthen their abilities and possibilities for employment as, for example:

  • Correctional and probation officers
  • Environmental assessors
  • Victim service workers
  • Crime prevention program facilitators

It will also open doors to jobs in government for which dedicated knowledge of Indigenous justice is essential, for example:

  • Department of Public Safety (with Canada’s National Crime Prevention Centre)
  • Ministry of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation
  • Municipal Bylaws Departments
  • BC Corrections
  • Department of Justice
