Entrants must:

- Fill out the form below by 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on May 18, 2024 to receive one (1) contest entry (an "Entry").
Contest Details:
- KPU Brewing bag, growler jug, tasting glass, t-shirt, bottle opener, travel mug, coasters (retail value: $58.00 CAD)
- Must be 19 years of age or older (government-issued photo ID will be required)
- Contest opens Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 12:00 pm
- Contest closes Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 6:00 pm
- Winner randomly drawn on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 10:00 am
- Winning entrant must respond by 2:00 pm May 22, 2024 to claim the prize or another name will be drawn
