The Business Management Department offers a variety of management courses with the prefix "BUSI" for its own dedicated programs, as well as on a service basis to other departments in the Melville School of Business and across KPU. Business Management faculty also teach a number of course offerings in the BBA in Entrepreneurial Leadership (BBA-EL) program.
The Business Management Department is responsible for managing the Business Management Certificate and the Business Management Diploma credentials.

The Business Management Diploma program's goal is to prepare students for entry-level management positions in both private and public sector organizations. Successful completion of the Business Management Diploma also bridges students into KPU's Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program.
